Wilfred HaleMay the light of a clear conscience find you through the meaning of hitting someone in the face. Dear soul, this dream reveals a movement toward the wounding of an identity or the striking of a name. Such a dream marks a moment where the intention to harm how a person is seen in the world is present within the spirit.
A struggle with the way one is known to others is occurring. The dream points to a friction between your inner stillness and a desire to strike at the honor of another. This confrontation with the reputation of another is a sign of an unsettled conscience. There is a small opening here for a turning toward gentleness. May you find the grace to preserve the dignity of all.
Ripping someone’s face off in the dream intensifies the damage to a reputation, as the very essence of how a person is recognized is being forcibly removed.
Scratching someone’s face brings a stinging and persistent discomfort to the dream, marking a way that the standing of another is worn down by small, repeated wounds.
Punching someone in the face or slapping someone in the face strikes at the honor of another with a sudden, heavy force that disturbs how they are held in the eyes of others.
Biting someone’s face reveals a soul caught in a hunger for another, where the impulse to wound is born from a spirit that cannot let go of a preoccupation.
Spitting in someone’s face turns the dream into an experience of directed insult, where the heart seeks to cast out malice through an act of open rejection.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
