Wilfred HaleMay the light of truth find you, dear soul, as this dream of a face seeks to reveal the state of your standing before the world. This dream speaks of how your reputation and the way you are perceived by others shape your inner peace.
The way you present your soul to the light determines the clarity of your path. You gain peace when you care for how you meet the world, for a life lived in truth shows the brightness of the spirit. Your heart finds its rest in the truth of your own countenance.
A sudden blow to the countenance, whether received or given, brings a shock that disturbs your equilibrium. Being hit in the face or hitting someone in the face signifies an unexpected collision with the world that tests your ability to hold your ground.
The clarity of your faith is held in the eyes. When these windows of the soul are luminous, they offer a deepening of your insight and a more certain way of seeing the divine.
To find yourself having no face is to lose the very shape of who you are to the world. This emptiness of features suggests a time when your place in the world feels uncertain.
The mouth carries the weight of your livelihood and the truth of your words. It is the vessel through which your intentions meet the air, and its state reveals how you sustain your spirit through speech.
A woman shaving her face brings a clearing of the outer self, which allows a renewed standing to emerge in your life.
When you encounter a disfigured face, the dream points to a wounding of your honor. This distortion suggests that your reputation is being clouded by a shadow that hides the truth of your soul.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
