Wilfred HaleMay the ground beneath you find its stillness, dear soul. Driving into a sinkhole marks a moment where the very foundations of your current path seem to give way without warning. This dream reveals a sudden loss of the certainty you once leaned upon, as the direction you were following loses its solidness.
The way your footing vanishes in this dream tells of an inner world where the old certainties no longer hold. Such a collapse in the dream shows how the unexpected can shake the sense of where you are headed. Grace remains available even in the midst of this upheaval. May your heart find its footing in the light.
Falling in a sinkhole means you have lost the ability to guide your own way through the sudden change. Since the descent takes you where it will, your dream shows how you are being moved by forces that no longer obey your will.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
