Wilfred HaleMay the ground beneath you hold fast, dear soul. A sinkhole reveals where the hidden hollows of the life have begun to give way, marking a moment when the foundations of your certainty are no longer firm.
This dream reports a sudden loss of stability in the places where you once felt secure. The earth beneath your intentions has become fragile, and what was once solid now presents a sudden ruin of your footing. You see the breaking of the surface as a way to recognize the emptiness that has gathered below. May you find the patience to wait for the earth to settle.
Driving into a sinkhole carries a heavier weight, because the motion of your life is what carries you directly into the collapse. Your own momentum brings you into the center of the breaking ground, leaving no room for the hesitation that might save your footing.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
