Wilfred HaleMay the shelter above you hold fast, dear soul, as a roof leaking reveals a slow drifting away of the inner strength that guards your spirit. This dream speaks of a gradual thinning of the protection you provide for your own heart, where what was once held secure begins to seep through the cracks of your attention.
The way this dream unfolds is like a window at first light, as the constant beat of your days meets a small wearing away of your peace. This small loss of what is contained leaves the spirit feeling less shielded from the elements of the world. May you find the stillness required to mend what is worn.
When the roof is flooding, the dream shifts from a small loss of what is held to a sudden surge of feeling that overwhelms the capacity of your heart to remain calm.
The rain falls as a blessing, washing the spirit clean as it enters through the opening.
A house appearing in this dream provides the ground for the leak, showing how this fading sense of order reaches into the very center of your life.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
