Wilfred HaleMay the peace of a washed spirit attend you, dear soul, as you find yourself taking a shower. This dream brings a movement toward washing away the weight of the world to reveal a spirit ready for newness.
The act of taking a shower strips the skin of all that has gathered through toil. You enter a stillness where the old heaviness flows away from you, and the heart finds its own lightness. This purification offers a place for the soul to rest in its own clarity. May you walk in the freshness of a heart made new.
Being in a shower or bathing in a shower deepens the sense of an inner cleansing, as the water works to prepare the vessel of your being for a more honest way of living.
A long shower extends this moment of relief, suggesting that the heart requires a more patient and unhurried passage through its own restoration.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
