Wilfred HaleMay the grace of the living current find you, dear soul. To be swimming in water is to navigate the fluid and shifting ground of your own vitality and existence. This dream marks a passage through the emotional realms that sustain your life.
You move through a medium that demands both movement and surrender to stay upright. This motion shows how you hold your place amidst the shifting tides of your own being.
The way you find your footing in the swell reveals how you carry yourself through the flow of your days. The grace of the present moment is your steadying hand.
Swimming in ice water provides a sudden and sharp relief to the heart, acting like a window at first light that clears the vision with a biting chill.
The presence of blue or green tones softens the passage, bringing a gentle brightness to the way you encounter your own depths.
You find a deep peace when you drift through waters that are warm and transparent, as if a mirror shows a soul at rest. This ease in the water shows a soul that is at rest within its own life.
Muddy or clouded colors turn the dream toward a time of sorrow, as the obscured sight makes the path through your life feel heavy and uncertain.
Deep and dark reaches require you to enter into the hidden parts of your being, where the unknown meets the stillness of the soul.
Black or dark surroundings offer no weight, for they do not reveal the heart’s direction and pass through the spirit without leaving a mark.
To find the ability to breathe while submerged is a sign of a life that has found its balance even in the greatest depths.
Snorkeling in water brings a calm understanding when you look just under the top of the waves, allowing you to perceive the truth of your circumstances with a watchful eye.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
