Wilfred HaleMay the stillness of a deep repose find you, dear soul, as you are sleeping on a mattress. Sleeping on a mattress calls for the heart to lay down its burdens and gather the strength that comes from silence.
The soul is held in a way that allows the spirit to be still. This rest is a window into an intention to walk with patience and the grace that sustains all living things. You are currently in a state where the capacity for renewal is present. May your heart rest in the peace that this sleep offers.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
