Wilfred HaleMay the grace of a light heart find you, dear soul, as seeing vomit marks a turning toward relief. This dream reveals a soul that is letting go of what can no longer be held, allowing a necessary expulsion to clear the way for new life.
The weight of what was once carried is leaving the center of your being. This release brings a quietude that makes room for the spirit to breathe again. May you find peace in this emptying.
The act of cleaning vomit shows a heart that is actively tending to its own restoration. You are moving through the labor of tidying your inner house so that the spirit may dwell in a place of renewed clarity.
A green color in this dream softens the release by suggesting that this expulsion is part of a natural, healing process. The substance comes forth in a heavy way, which tells of a deep and significant casting off of old griefs.
In the dream of drinking vomit, the soul attempts to swallow what it has already cast out. This action carries no weight, as it offers no direction for the spirit and provides no sign for the heart to hold.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
