Wilfred HaleMay the peace of stillness find you in this dream of running in a race. Dear soul, the heart seeks a worldly prize when it finds itself caught in this movement. This dream of running in a race marks a spirit that is currently occupied with the pursuit of earthly recognition or the gathering of temporal honors.
The momentum of the soul is directed toward things that do not endure. This haste toward a temporary victory can scatter your attention and leave your heart unsettled. You possess the capacity to turn your gaze toward a higher stillness even amidst the rush. May your stride find its way to a more lasting grace.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
