Wilfred HaleMay the shedding of these colors bring a gentle stillness to your heart. Dear soul, removing nail polish in a dream marks a turning away from the desire to present a curated image to the world. This movement of the hands shows a spirit letting go of the bright masks used to hide the true self from view.
A movement toward simplicity is already taking place within you. As the colors of the world are washed away, the spirit finds room to breathe in the stillness of what remains. May you find peace in the honest sight of your own hands.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
