Wilfred HaleMay the release of these burdens bring you peace, dear soul, as you find pooping rocks in this dream. This dream shows the release of those hard, jagged things that have occupied the interior space of your being. The weight of what is being cast out reveals a movement toward lightness, as the spirit lets go of the density that once hindered its ease.
The act of shedding these heavy elements brings a certain clarity to your inner life. Letting go of these rough burdens leaves the soul more open to the light. You find a renewed capacity for stillness as the obstructions depart.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
