Wilfred HaleMay the lightness of play bring peace to your heart, dear soul, as playing ball reveals the shifting nature of the things you hold. This dream shows a spirit moving through the many changes of life, where the way the object rolls matches the way your own days turn.
The soul finds itself in a state of flux, reacting to the ebb and flow of what is given and what is taken. This movement shows a time of passing from one thing to another where nothing stays still, calling for a patient trust in the hand that leads all things. Such instability is the nature of the world, yet it offers a way to practice a stillness that does not depend on the constancy of outward events. May you find your center even amidst the motion.
You enter into the movement of the world when kicking a ball or playing with a ball, for these actions show you are walking alongside the changes instead of standing apart from them. This involvement brings a certain vitality to the way you meet the uncertainties of your path.
The weight of the dream increases when you find yourself not being able to throw a ball, as this struggle points to a moment where your influence over your own direction feels limited. This difficulty marks a time when the soul must learn to rest in what it cannot control.
The way you handle what arrives is seen when throwing a ball or catching a ball, as these acts show how you offer your will and how you welcome what is sent to you. This movement is like a window at first light, letting you see how the soul meets the world in its passing.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
