Wilfred HaleMay your heart find rest, dear soul, in the kindness of petting a seal. The touch of your hands brings a gentle closing to a matter that asks for your softest attention. The movement of your hands upon the creature suggests a soul finding rest in the acceptance of a settled truth.
A stillness settles within you as you touch what is meant to be held. You walk in a quietness where the edges of your world meet a soft and lasting peace. You find that what was once distant now rests comfortably under your care. May your heart remain as calm as the waters where such a creature dwells.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
