Wilfred HaleMay the grace of a new beginning find you. Painting in a dream shows how you are tending to an outward change to match the movement of your soul. This process of altering an appearance suggests that the soul is preparing to present a different face to the world, smoothing over the edges of what has been lived.
Brightness in the layers being applied brings a cheerful restoration to your inner life. Painting is a sign that the soul is tending to its own renewal, inviting a light that makes all things seem possible again.
May the light of a fresh start warm your heart. Painting in a dream tells of a spirit that is making itself new, seeking to dwell in a clearer light. This dream reveals a soul that is ready to embrace a new way of being, much like a window at first light that allows a new sun to enter a room.
When someone else is the one painting, the dream suggests that an external force or a change in circumstances is doing the work of shaping your reality. This movement of being acted upon can feel like a loss of agency, yet it remains a way in which the world reaches out to touch your life.
Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
