Wilfred HaleMay the grace of your labor find you. Muscles are the power you hold to undertake your work and to move through the world with intention.
Your personal capability dwells within this dream. This power is the ground upon which you stand to answer your calling. The light of grace supports what you can do.
The dream of losing muscle carries a heavy weight, for it reveals a state of being where the means to support oneself seem to slip away. Your ability to hold your ground falters as the strength you rely upon begins to fade.
Having big muscles, dear soul, shows that your heart is wide and ready for all that life asks of you. This expansion of power suggests a heart that feels prepared to meet its responsibilities with joy.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
