Dream about losing an arm

May the peace of stillness find you, dear soul, in the dream of losing an arm. Your heart feels the weight of a time when your reach toward the world and your ability to grasp what is near are both failing. This dream brings a heaviness as the power you once used to work or to help your neighbor begins to fade.

The soul finds itself in a state of waiting when the ability to grasp the present moment is softened. Your will is set aside as your capacity to act is taken away. There is a grace in knowing that your being remains intact even as your reach is shortened. May you find trust in the strength that does not depend on what your hands can do.

Cutting off an arm in the dream means a capability is snatched away without warning, leaving the heart to grasp at what is no longer there.

A missing arm or an amputated arm leaves you to feel the absence of a strength you once relied upon, marking a time when your capacity to hold fast to what is good has diminished.

Losing both arms or having no arms deepens the dream by removing every way to touch or grasp, placing you in a stillness where the hands can do nothing at all.

Someone missing an arm in the dream shifts the focus to the observation of a lack in another, suggesting that your heart is noticing a deficiency in the support or the strength offered by those around you.
