Wilfred HaleMay the stillness of a settling heart meet you in the wake of killing a rabbit. This dream, dear soul, marks a sudden and forceful severance of a natural rhythm that was once unfolding in your life. Such an end arrives with a weight that demands your stillness, as a cycle of growth or potential is brought to a close by an external or decisive force.
The way this movement stops is a heavy thing, for it shows a life-force that is cut down before it can find its bloom. You find yourself standing at the edge of what was meant to flourish, facing the reality of a conclusion that was not permitted to age or ripen. There is a small grace in the honesty of this ending, which allows you to face the truth of what has ceased. May you find the strength to rest in the truth of what is now still.
Hunting rabbits places the intent of the chase into the dream, making the end of this cycle an act you are pursuing. This movement turns the dream into a way of seeing how you are actively driving toward the closing of a door that might otherwise have remained open.
The way you see a rabbit being killed or slaughtering a rabbit shows how a burgeoning life is broken with a sharp and unyielding force. This movement suggests that the loss of what was once growing feels particularly harsh or agonizing to your spirit, as if the very essence of a budding hope has been severed with a lack of gentleness.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
