Wilfred HaleMay the stillness of a calm mind attend you, dear soul, as you contemplate the dream of jumping off a building. This dream marks a moment where the spirit seeks to depart from the structures and certainties that have defined a worldly life.
The act of casting oneself from an established place reveals a movement toward a new way of being that leaves behind the weight of previous standings. You find yourself in a state of transition where the old foundations no longer hold the soul. A grace of lightness is present in this release. May your descent lead you to a place of rest.
A high building in this dream increases the sense of what is being left behind, as the great height makes the surrender of a former station feel more absolute.
The presence of another person jumping off a building shifts the focus from your own movement to the way the actions of others influence the spirit. This sight suggests that the transitions occurring in your community or your social circle are mirroring the changes you feel within.
Jumping from building to building changes the nature of the dream into a series of movements, suggesting that the transition is not a single departure but a continuous process of finding new footing.
When people are jumping off a building, the dream speaks of a shared movement within the community, where the many are moving together away from the familiar.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
