Wilfred HaleMay the grace of your heart find its rest in the depths of this dream, dear soul, as you find yourself jumping into water. This dream marks the moment you let go of the shore to be carried by the life that moves within you. This plunge shows a spirit that stops waiting on the edge and chooses to meet the waters of your life with a whole intention.
The soul finds its way by letting go of the old edges to embrace the movement of what is. You are entering a season where the heart accepts the flow of providence. May your descent be a return to your own center.
Leaving a bridge or a high place behind signifies that you are stepping across the threshold between what was and what is to come.
The presence of another person in the dream changes the nature of the plunge, as jumping into water with someone indicates that your emotional commitments are now intertwined with a shared journey.
The descent into deep water calls for a total surrender to the heavy, moving truths of your life.
Dark water brings a shadow to the movement, as jumping into dark water reveals a willingness to trust even when the path ahead is obscured by the weight of the unknown.
Clarity arrives like a window at first light when you are diving in clear water, for this transparency reveals that your heart is meeting the truth with stillness and ease.
The shock of cold water in the dream adds a sharp edge to the experience, as jumping into cold water signifies a sudden and bracing awakening of the spirit to its own vitality.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
