Wilfred HaleMay the grace of nourishment find its way to your heart through the grinding maize. Dear soul, the grinding maize reveals a movement of the spirit toward the preparation of what is necessary for the journey ahead. The soul works to turn the rough edges of what it meets into the bread that keeps the light burning.
The repetition of this movement prepares your heart for what is needed. You are in a time where the toil of making sense of your life becomes the very thing that holds you. This effort builds a stillness that remains when the work is done.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
