Wilfred HaleMay the uncovering of what is hidden offer a gentle rest to your soul. Finding a basement in a dream suggests a descent into the hidden foundations of your own soul, where the long-held matters of the spirit reside. This movement toward the depths allows a person to encounter the parts of the self that have remained out of the light, offering a chance to meet the origins of current intentions.
The soul finds its way through the stillness of these lower chambers to face what has been stored away. This encounter provides a space for the settling of old truths and the strengthening of the inner life. Such a dream offers the grace of a more solid ground upon which to stand. May you find clarity in the depths you visit.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
