Dream about falling into water

May the calm of the depths settle upon you, dear soul. Falling into water marks a movement into the currents of your own vitality and the sustenance of your spirit. This descent into the waters of life is a letting go into the tides that feed your inner being.

The movement of the soul into these depths can be a heavy thing when the waters are not pure. A descent into murky or dirty water suggests a time when your inner life is clouded by the weight of sorrow or the complications of earthly troubles. When you find yourself sinking deeper into such silt, it shows a moment where your footing is lost amidst the unrest of the heart.

The transition is a passage that allows for a renewal of your essential nature. You are being carried toward a place of replenishment. May your heart find its way to the calm center of the stream.

A bridge or a cliff that gives way beneath you adds the sense of a sudden transition between two states of being. Such a fall indicates that the passage you are making is not a choice of the will but a necessity of the spirit, moving you from one ground to another.

Falling into muddy or dirty water suggests that your current emotional movement is tangled in the debris of grief or confusion. This state of the dream indicates that your descent is into a place where clarity is momentarily obscured by the heaviness of life’s complications.

Deep water shows that the current shift in your life reaches into the very foundations of your soul, requiring a great trust in the unseen.
