Wilfred HaleMay the stillness of your heart find nourishment in this dream of eating ice. Dear soul, this dream of eating ice finds your inner life held in a sudden chill, where the things you once moved toward with warmth now rest in a frozen silence.
The coolness of this experience settles upon your inner life like a veil, suggesting a period where the natural flow of your work and your affections has been paused by a lack of vital heat. In this pause, your spirit is invited to rest. May you find a gentle way back to the warmth of your own light.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
