Wilfred HaleMay the sweetness of this dream find its way to your heart, dear soul. The appearance of donuts in a dream points to a moment where small, passing joys offer a brief respite from the weight of the world. These trifles of the spirit provide a momentary lightness that does not reach the depths of the soul, yet they offer a gentle pause in the journey.
The soul finds itself grasping at things that vanish as quickly as they arrive. This dream reveals a tendency to seek satisfaction in what is temporary, which can leave the heart feeling hollow when the sweetness fades. You find a soft mercy in receiving these little comforts while keeping your eyes on what is true. May you find a stillness that remains when the fleeting pleasures depart.
The act of making donuts in a dream shows a heart busy with the preparation of things that are meant for a moment. This labor spends your strength on trifles that do not feed the deeper hunger of the soul.
When you are eating donuts in a dream, the soul is actively participating in a pursuit of immediate gratification. This movement toward the sweet and the soft suggests a turning away from the more substantial labors of the interior life.
A chocolate donut in a dream deepens the sense of a heavy, sensory pull toward the world. This richness draws the gaze so low that the brightness of the soul is easily forgotten.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
