Wilfred HaleMay the stillness of the depths bring you a peace, dear soul. A cave diving dream reveals a soul navigating the hidden recesses of its own interior life. This movement through the dark signifies a passage across the shifting waters of the spirit, where the heart seeks a sanctuary away from the noise of the world.
The descent into these enclosed spaces calls for a turning inward to tend to the spirit. This depth offers a chance to meet what lies beneath the surface of the known. You hold your breath and trust the weight of the water as you drift through the dark. May you find your way to a place of rest.
Swimming in a cave, dear soul, reveals how you glide through the trials of the heart with a steady and graceful hand. You find that your inner life moves through these dark waters as if by a calm and certain light.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
