Wilfred HaleMay the peace of stillness find you, dear soul, in the catching of a lizard. To catch a lizard is to reach for the small, hidden deceits that have settled within the folds of your intentions.
The effort to grasp such a thing reveals a soul that no longer wishes to let minor dishonesties pass unnoticed. You find yourself confronting the subtle ways in which the spirit can be clouded by small betrayals. This awareness brings a soft light to your inner life. May you walk in the light of truth.
Chasing a lizard means the spirit is in a state of active movement toward the uncovering of what is hidden.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
