Wilfred HaleMay the simple joys of your finding nourish your rest. Buying snacks in a dream suggests a heart seeking light sustenance for the spirit, gathering those minor joys that sustain a person through the more demanding stretches of life. This movement toward small things reveals a soul looking for ease and simple gratifications in the present moment.
A lightness follows this search, like a soft breath that sustains the soul. You find that these little offerings provide a gentle support for your inner life. May these small graces keep your heart soft and your way clear.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
