Wilfred HaleMay the grace of a fresh beginning find you, dear soul, as you are buying new clothes in this dream. This movement toward a different outward standing shows a heart that is ready to clothe itself in a new way of being before others.
The act of seeking these garments finds you preparing a new way to meet the world. You are gathering the pieces of a different public presence, moving toward a state where your inner intentions and your outer life might better align.
Selecting second-hand clothes or thrifting clothes means you take up a dignity that has already been lived, as these worn garments hold the traces of other souls.
When buying clothes for someone else, the dream turns its gaze away from your own standing toward a desire to provide honor for another. This movement shows a heart that finds its purpose in supporting the dignity of those around you.
Shopping for clothes can feel like a wandering path, where the lack of a certain result points to a purpose that is not yet fully grasped. This searching indicates that while the intention to change is present, the specific shape of your new role remains unformed.
The presence of a store or a market provides much for your transition, for these places of trade offer the world’s plenty to sustain your new way of being.
White clothes bring a clarity to this dream, for such a color softens the search by turning the focus toward a state of purity and light. This brightness acts like a window at first light, making the change in your standing feel more transparent and holy.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
