Wilfred HaleMay the grace of honesty settle upon you, dear soul, through the dream of being unprepared for a presentation. This dream shows how the spirit feels the weight of an approaching eye, feeling the distance between the inner life and the duties one carries for others. It is a mirror of the spirit facing the vulnerability of being seen without the shield of a finished work.
The stillness of the heart is tested when the readiness of one’s life seems to falter before others. This dream marks a time where the conscience tries to bring together what is held in secret with what is displayed in public, often leaving the heart feeling naked. Such a vulnerability is a space where the ego’s need for perfection meets the soul’s need for grace. Within this gap, there is a way to embrace the truth of what is currently unfinished. Even in this tension, there is a way to find peace in the midst of incompleteness. May you find rest in the knowledge that you are held even when you are not ready.
The dream of not being prepared for a presentation makes the weight of the world’s eyes feel more heavy, for the heart finds itself standing naked without its usual armor.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
