Wilfred HaleMay the peace of stillness find you, dear soul, in the midst of being stuck in a building. Your earthly life or your current way of walking has met a wall that makes the heart feel the weight of its own limits.
The confinement of this dream reveals a heart that is learning to sit with its own boundaries. This pause offers a space for the spirit to turn inward when the doors of the world remain shut. You find a small grace in the present moment, even as the ways of the world seem to close around you. May you find rest in the waiting.
Being trapped in a building or not finding a way out deepens the feeling of being caught within your current life. This state of confinement shows how your own life has grown tight around you.
A tall building rises in your dream to suggest that this sense of being held back is tied to your standing or your ambitions in the world. The height of the structure amplifies the feeling of being halted, as if your ascent is being checked by a sudden lack of movement.
Trying to escape a building or trying to get out signifies an active movement of the heart to find a new way. This effort shows that even when you feel restricted, your intention is already seeking the freedom of a wide and bright horizon.
An endless building expands the dream into a state where you wander through a space that has no edge. This vastness turns the restriction into a long journey of the spirit through a space that does not seem to end.
The presence of fire in a burning building brings a weight of air that is hard to breathe. This heat changes the meaning from a mere pause to a state of intense urgency, where the soul feels the weight of a crisis that demands a turning toward the light.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
