Wilfred HaleMay the quietness of the earth bring you peace, dear soul, as you find meaning in being eaten by worms. This dream speaks of a slow surrender to the hidden processes of the spirit where the small and lowly things of life work to transform what was once solid. This movement toward the soil shows how the heart is stripped of its pride by the smallest of things.
A secret decay moves through the heart when this dream occurs, as the parts of the self that seem most permanent are reclaimed by the earth. This dissolution is a movement toward a necessary emptiness, a clearing of the old to make room for a new life. You find that what is being lost is only that which could no longer sustain your growth. May you find trust in this returning to the dust.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
