Wilfred HaleMay the stillness of a resting heart be yours, dear soul, in this dream of being chased by a bear. This dream speaks of a flight before an overtaking presence that moves as a heavy and ancient weight upon the spirit.
The movement in this dream is the way the soul seeks to keep a distance from a force that demands your attention. There is a grace in the endurance required to maintain this space. A stillness of purpose remains available to you even amidst the rush of the pursuit. May the light of patience show you the way.
The presence of being chased by a polar bear brings a certain coldness to the dream, as the enemy is marked by a grumpiness that feels distant and unyielding. This chill in the vision suggests a hardness in the heart that makes the pursuit feel more isolating.
When you find yourself being chased by a grizzly bear, the dream carries the weight of a struggle that has broken into the light. This makes the pressure of the dream feel like a clash that can no longer be avoided.
Hiding from a bear changes the movement of the dream by turning the flight into a search for a place of stillness. This state of being shows a soul seeking shelter to survive through endurance, finding a way to exist alongside the pressure without being broken by it.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
