Wilfred HaleMay grace find you in the beating of this dream, dear soul. Such a dream reveals the sudden release of a hidden force that seeks a way to find its ground.
The soul finds its strength as it moves through the weight of this dream. A sudden and forceful motion clears a path where there was once a blockage.
The truth of the heart is often found in the strength of its movements. This dream brings the clarity of an honest release.
The way the dreamer meets this suddenness changes the nature of the release. Slapping brings an unexpected shock that humbles the spirit, while punching exerts a heavy and concentrated power that reveals the intensity of what is being carried.
Kicking in the dream provides a way to push aside what stands in the way, which turns the sudden force into a means of making room for new light.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
