Wilfred HaleMay the breath of life find its way to you in stillness. The air in this dream is the very breath that keeps you whole and the means by which you walk your path. It is the invisible medium through which your spirit moves and finds its place in the world.
Vitality moves through your heart in this dream. How you meet this element tells of the space your soul has to take in what it needs for the way ahead. There is a deep truth in how you hold your life. May you breathe deeply and find rest.
Dear soul, gasping for air reveals a moment where the hardships of your current path press upon your ability to find peace. This struggle shows that the weight of your circumstances is making it difficult for your spirit to feel the ease of its own existence.
Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
