Wilfred HaleMay a calm spirit find its rest, dear soul, as a zoo shows how your heart is ordered. This dream signifies the way your unruly passions are held within the boundaries of your conscience.
The presence of a zoo suggests that the various drives of your nature are currently under a certain discipline. Your strength lies in this capacity to keep your impulses from overwhelming your peace. May you find grace in the order you have built.
The sight of escaped zoo animals in your dream signals that the barriers of your self-control have broken, leaving your wilder impulses to roam without direction.
A dream of being in a zoo or going to the zoo finds you looking upon your own character from the outside. You hold a space of stillness where you can witness the way your various desires behave within their assigned limits.
Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
