Wilfred HaleMay the stillness of your heart find a way through the noise of a television. This dream reveals how a scattering of idle news and distraction pulls the attention away from the inner life. The mind drifts among many voices that offer nothing to the soul, leaving the spirit to wander in a desert of triviality.
A return to what is essential is the grace that meets you when the noise fades. May you find the strength to seek that depth.
Dear soul, being on a reality show brings a sense that the very secrets of your heart are laid open before people you do not know. This feeling of being watched by many eyes changes the dream from a mere distraction into a state where your inner sanctuary feels vulnerable to the gaze of the world.
Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
