Wilfred HaleMay the light of peace find you, dear soul, in the presence of a shadow figure. This dream brings you face to face with the parts of your spirit that you have not yet let into the light, where a stillness holds a certain weight.
The experience of a shadow figure marks a time when the heart meets what it has cast away into the dark. This encounter brings a certain gravity to the inner life, as the heart stands before a presence that is not yet fully understood or named. Such a dream offers a space for stillness and the slow turning toward what is hidden. May your spirit find its rest in the morning light.
A black shadow figure deepens the sense of the unknown, as the darkness of the form makes the presence feel more dense and absolute. This shade of black settles heavily upon the spirit, demanding a longer stillness as the dream asks for a deeper kind of trust.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
