Wilfred HaleMay the light of peace guide your way, dear soul, as you encounter the moth in this dream. This moth moves toward a heat that will undo it, marking a heart that seeks a brightness which can only leave it in ashes.
When this moth approaches the heat, it reveals a tendency to seek a comfort that ultimately brings about a certain destruction. Such a dream points to a moment where your intentions might lead you toward a ruin that you yourself have invited through a misplaced longing. You find a way back to stillness by seeing the false light for what it is before it burns.
The act of killing moths in a dream shifts the meaning from being a victim of a pull toward a desire to strike out at the very impulses that trouble your spirit. You are attempting to silence a part of your own restlessness, yet this struggle shows how much the presence of these impulses currently disturbs your peace.
This blue moth in your dream arrives with a calm that masks the danger. This shade suggests that the pull toward what is dangerous arrives wrapped in a deceptive tranquility, making the risk harder to see because it feels so gentle.
The presence of a giant moth or large moths in a dream magnifies the scale of the internal impulse, making the tendency toward a reckless pursuit feel much more overwhelming. These larger forms suggest that the attraction you face is not a small distraction but a weight that occupies much of your current attention.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
