Dream about a hurricane

May the peace of the coming calm find you. A hurricane brings a sudden turmoil to the inner life, stirring the waters of the soul with a wind that seeks to unsettle every settled thing. This dream finds the spirit where the winds of the world or the weight of the conscience create a great unrest.

The heart meets this wind with a trembling that reveals what is truly held within. Such a tempest is a mirror of a life where the peace of God feels distant amidst the howling of earthly cares. Yet, even in the center of the gale, there is a grace that remains untouched by the wind. The soul finds its footing in the truth that the storm is a passing thing. May you find your rest in the light that follows the clouds.

Dear soul, the dream of escaping a hurricane shows a heart that seeks to flee from the reach of a mounting distress. This movement away from the center of the strife suggests a desire to find safety by distance, though the wind still carries the echo of the unrest.

The dream of surviving a hurricane or preparing for a hurricane finds a heart that is already tending to its own endurance. Such a spirit gathers its strength while the sky is still heavy, or remains steadfast until the wind finally relents. In these states, the soul rests in the knowledge that the inner life possesses a resilience that the tempest cannot undo.
