Wilfred HaleMay your heart find the stillness it seeks through a dirty house. A dirty house reveals where the care for your inner life has faltered, as the accumulation of the neglected obscures the light of your intention. The world’s distractions have gathered in the corners of your spirit, making it difficult to remain present.
The heaviness of this dream lies in the way a dirty house can make the spirit feel crowded and without room to breathe. You find that the clarity required for your turning toward God is muffled by what has been left unaddressed. You see now what needs to be washed away, and this sight offers you the chance to make your life a place of welcome once more. May you find the strength to clear the way for peace.
The clutter and mess of an untidy house scatter your attention, making it hard for the heart to rest in one place. This disorder prevents the mind from finding its center amidst the scattered fragments of the day.
The hoarder house deepens the weight of the dream, for it speaks of a soul that clings too tightly to the past or to things that no longer serve the spirit. This grasping prevents the movement of new life and keeps the heart bound to what should have been released.
A dusty house, dear soul, acts like a veil over a mirror, as the fine layer of neglect softens the edges of your awareness. This state suggests that your vision of your own path is not lost, but merely dimmed by a lack of regular tending.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
