Wilfred HaleMay the courage of your heart hold firm as you meet your rivals. A competition reveals the way the soul meets its own boundaries and the measures of its strength when standing before others. This dream speaks to the necessity of finding one’s footing in the midst of those who test your resolve.
The inner life is often a place where the movement of the self is weighed against the world. A competition signifies a season where your intentions are tested by the presence of others. In this encounter, your capacity for patience and your stillness are called to be more than mere concepts. Grace is present in the very act of standing.
The spirit feels the weight of time as you are caught in a running competition.
The heart finds rest in winning a competition, as this dream confirms that you walk in the direction of your true purpose.
Losing a competition brings the dear soul to a place of stillness, where the need to prove oneself fades into a trust in providence.
Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
