Wilfred HaleMay the peace of stillness find you, dear soul, in the presence of a child getting killed. This dream marks the absolute termination of an early hope or a budding intention that once held your heart. The end of this small thing signifies that a part of your spirit is being laid to rest.
The passing of this innocence is a hard truth for the heart to hold. You stand where the ability to nurture a new beginning is being taken from you. Even in this severance, there is a movement toward a deeper truth that remains beyond your current reach. May you find grace in the midst of this ending.
The sight of a child getting shot brings a sharp unkindness into your heart, which leaves you feeling the frailty of your own spirit. This sudden strike acts like a lamp being extinguished by a sharp wind, leaving you to navigate a time when your inner vitality feels diminished.
When someone is killing children, the dream speaks of a wider vulnerability, as you feel the needs of those who depend entirely on your guidance are being threatened. This expands the sense of loss from a single hope to a broader state of dependency.
A child getting run over suggests that you are being swept away by powers that move far beyond your hands. This movement of being crushed by circumstances makes the termination of your hope feel like a collision with the world itself.

Wilfred HaleInterpreter interprets your dreams
Peace to your evening, dear soul. A dream is like a lamp left in a window. It shows the shape of the room more than the shape of the night outside. What frightened you in it holds no weight of its own and may be set down at the door. Whatever was good in it can be kept and given thanks for. The rest can be trusted to the morning.
